Scope
This license applies to the original Sea Link 3D model and its original
geometry, textures, materials and animations, including the model file
Mumbai_Sea_Link_Open_Deck.glb and copies embedded in the Sea Link application.
It is a limited, proprietary license, not an open-source or public-domain
license. Rights not expressly granted below are reserved.

Permitted use
You may view and interact with the model through the official Sea Link
application made available by Ali Mustufa. Temporary copies made by your
browser as necessary to display that application are permitted.

You may add your personal photos and save and share two-dimensional PNG
images created through the application's image-export feature for personal,
non-commercial use only. This permission covers the model as it appears in
those images; it does not grant rights to the underlying model.

Company logos, advertising, promotional campaigns, and other company or
commercial uses require advance written permission. To arrange a featured
company or photo display, contact https://alimustufa.com/contact.

The default Ali Mustufa portrait and website display are included for viewing
in this application and personal, non-commercial scene captures. They do not
grant permission to reuse the portrait or website branding separately or
imply an endorsement.

Model restrictions
Except as permitted above, required by applicable law, or authorized in
advance in writing by Ali Mustufa, you may not:
- Download, export, extract or retain the model as a separate asset.
- Copy, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense or otherwise supply the model,
  including through a saved application or HTML file that embeds it.
- Modify, convert, create derivative 3D assets from, or reuse the model in
  another application, website, game, dataset, product or service.
- Remove copyright or license notices from model copies.

Access to model data in a browser or in a source repository does not grant
permission to extract or reuse it. No license to reuse the application's
source code is granted by this model license.

Your content and third-party rights
You retain your rights in photos and artwork you provide. This license does
not grant permission to use someone else's photos, artwork, trademarks or
other protected material. Any separately licensed third-party material
remains subject to its own terms. Nothing here claims exclusive rights to
the real-world bridge, city, architecture or other public subject matter,
or limits rights and exceptions that cannot lawfully be restricted.

No warranty
The model is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted
by applicable law. It is an artistic reconstruction, not engineering data.
