For leaders, the work is assessing an AI proposal. For developers, it’s reviewing and testing a code change. Choose a briefing for an overview and discussion, or a workshop for time to work through an exercise.

## AI for technical leaders

AI training for executives, technical leaders and nontechnical decision-makers. Compare candidate tasks by usefulness, risks and feasibility, then define what a first pilot should prove. Choose a 75-minute briefing or a three-hour workshop; no coding is required. The three-hour workshop produces a use-case shortlist and a pilot worksheet.

## AI for Developers

AI training for developers and engineering teams comfortable with code, Git and basic tests. Work in a prepared repository: clarify an incomplete request, generate and review a small change with AI, and test its behaviour. The three-hour workshop leaves you with the reviewed change and a reusable review and testing checklist.

## Learn with my public courses
